Duration: 2 Day Workshop and a 30 minute progress review every week.

  1. Building a sense of urgency.
  2. Customizing implications to team and individuals.
  3. Attitude change and reframing mental models.
  4. Clarifying way forward with WCE Program.

Process

  1. Overview of customized case for change, key WCE policies, program, M&E and reward system.
  2. Interpreting WCE at team level.
  3. W.I.I.F.M?
  4. Team goals and plan of action.
  5. Team building activities across the 2 days.

Performance indicators

  1. Staff perceptions and attitudes towards WCE.
  2. Level of implementation of team WCE plan of action.
