About IWCE

Welcome

The Institute of Work Culture and Ethics is a Transformation Baraza. “Baraza” is a Swahili word meaning a public meeting, which is used as a platform for creating awareness and responding to issues affecting a given community.

IWCE programs engage leaders to institutionalize work culture and ethics in corporate policies, programs and practices.

Working with organisations, we challenge perceptions and mental models and propel corporate and personal performance towards excellence.

A partnership with IWCE is a truly transforming experience. We also provide facilities and facilitate corporate retreats.

Our Location

“It is beautiful!” … is a regular feedback we get from our guests.

Located fifty kilometers northward from Kampala; not too near, not too far!

The location is one (1) hour and thirty (30) minutes away from Kampala.

Safe and secure environment.

Accomodation

13 fully serviced tented accommodation that takes between 13 and 52 people depending on the set-up.

Each tent can be prepared for up-to 4 people and can also be set for a single occupant

The Transformation Baraza combines beauty with purpose.

The environment allows participants to reassess, recalibrate and get back better-tuned and equipped.

It facilitates reflection, mental recovery, innovation, and self-discovery.

Health and fitness exercises.Excellent catering and healthy food choices (e.g. detoxifying/herbal teas and a variety of locally grown organic fruits)A friendly team that will go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant and memorable stay.

Our Facility

A Multi-purpose hall that can sit up to 500 people.2 break out session rooms for about 15 people each.Cafeteria with a sitting capacity of 50 people at a time.Various breakout areas across 6 acres of land with access to a further 90 acres of natural forest.

Surface Transport

We offer transport to and from Kampala and airport transfers for international participants.
